WHEREAS, The

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,

Chapter 402 of the Acts as ~men~ed which A~ts wey~ leplaced and

acts by the Acts o~1973, P.L. 182 and to replace

"Acts"); and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana now desires to create a new Economic Deve~ppment Commission
pursuant to the Acts.
NOW THEREFORE,
be it hereby Ordained
