An Ordinance Approving a Contract Subsidizing
Urban Mass Transportation.
WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has en~ered~:into a contract
with the Home Transit, Incorporated, to subsidize such transportation
system for 52 weeks at $200.00 per week,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
Section 1.
That such contract as entered into by the Board of Public Works
and Home Transit, Incorporated, and dated August 26, 1974, be and
is hereby confirmed and approved.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be
