Industrial to B-2, Residential.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1527, be amended
in that the property hereinafter described is reclassified and rezoned
as follows:
Lots Nos. ll, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23
and 24, of Block 141, more common~gy known as a part of the 1300
Block of Wlanut Street.
A part of Block 135 of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
Beginning at a point in the West corner of said Block, said
point being in the intersection of the South righteof-way
line of Thirteenth Street and the East right-of-way line
of Walnut Street; thence eastward with South line of Thirteenth
Street 120 feet to the True Place of Beginning; thence south-
ward at right angles and parallel to Walnut Street 250 feet to
a point; thence eastwardly at right angles 50 feet to a point
in the P.C.C. & St. L. R.R. right-of-way line; thence north-
westward with P.C.C. & St. L. R.R. right-of-way line to a point
in the South line of Thirteenth Street; thence southwestward
102 feet to the point of beginning, containing 19,100 square
feet, more commonly known as a part of the 1200 Block of
Walnut Street.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage
