BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1§27,
be amended in that the property hereinafter described is reclassified
and rezoned as follows:
From R-2, Residential, to B-3 General Business
for Plant Nursery
Being a part of Survey No. ll of the Illinois Grant,
County of Clark,State of Indiana, and more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point where the
line common Grants Nos. 11 and 12 of the Illinois Grant
intersects with the Eastern R/W line of State Route No. 62;
thence S. 19° 22' W. along the Eastern R/W line of State
Route 62, 509.05 feet to the True Place of Beginning; thence
continuing S. 19° 22' W. 233.4 feet to a point; thence S.
35° 29' E. 160.77 feet to a point; thence N. 53° 41' E., 306.33
feet to a point; thence N. 45° 54' W. 244.74 feet to a point;
thence S. 89° 55' W. 86.94 feet to a point in the Eastern
R/W line of State Route No. 62, the True Place of Beginning,
containing 1.55 acres, more or less, subject to an easement
to the Interstate Power Company.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
