An Ordinance Authorizing Special Appropriations
from the Revenue Sharing Fund.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 29th day of April, at a special
meeting of the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
held in the City-County Building of said City, the Common Council
passed a resolution fixing the 3rd day of June, 1974, at 7:30 P.M.,
at the City-County Building in said City as the time and place for
a meeting of the said Common Council for the purpose of considering
and determining whehter an emergency exists for the passage of
an ordinance making an appropriation from the funds hereinafter set
out, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer has given notice of the time,
and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law,
pland
and
WHEREAS,
it having
been determined
by the Common Council
of the City of Jeffersonville that an emergency exits~for the
appropriations hereinafter set out and for the purposes stated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That an emergency exists and that there shall be and hereby
is appropriated the following:
Additional appropriations from Revenue Sharing Fund for
the Fire Department in the following amounts and for the
following purposes:

Section 2.
This Ordinance shall
after its passage and approval
