An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property from
R-i, Residential to B-i, Local Business.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 1527, be amended in that ~le property hereinafter described
is reclassified and rezoned as follows:
From R-i, Residential to B-i, Local Business.
A part of Letter "B" in Grant 2 of the Illinois Grant,
described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center
of Nachand Lane a~oad 30 feet in width, which point is
N. 35° 30' W. 1062.6 feet from the intersection of the
center line of Nachand lane and the center line of Middle
Road, said point being the most westward corner of the land
of Emma Ellwanger; thence N. 54° 30' E~ 200 feet; thence
S. 35° 30' E., 103.4 feet; thence S. 54° 30' W. 200 feet
to a poin~ in ~ahe ~en~er lien of Nachand Lane; thence
N. 35° 30' W. 103.4 feet to the point of beginning,
containing .48 of an acre, more or less, subject to
all legal highways.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approv~~ ~
