An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property from
R-l, Residential to B-3, General Business.
BE IT ORDA~NED~bY the Common Council
Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance, being
amended in that the property hereinafter
of the City of Jeffersonville,
Ordinance No. 1527, be
described is reclassified
and rezoned as follows:
From R-l, Residential to B-3, General Business.
Being part of Survey No. 10 of the Illinois Grant, Clark
County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the West corner of Lot No. 13, Woodland Court
Subdivision, Plat Book 3, page 97; thence with the Westerly
line of Lot No. 13 and 14 of said Woodland Court Subdivision
S. 35° 59.4' E. 221.779 feet to a point, the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing with said Westerly line along
Lots 14, t5, t6 and 17 S. 35° 59.4' E. 597.061 feet to a
point in the North line of Southaven Subdivision; thence
with said North line along Lots 25, 23, 21, 19, 17, 15, 13,
ll, 9 and 7, N. 79° 36.0' W. 566.133 feet to a point; thence
leaving said North line on a line bearing N. 28° 21.0' E.
433.132 feet to a point, the' True Point of Beginning,
containing 2.6766 acres, more or less.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
