AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN
THE SAME DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items,

for project #7-62-73-D-3, IDACS
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department sufficient
moneys to pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
Section 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter set out within
department shall be transferred as indicated:

Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in
