BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 30th day of September, 1974, at 7:30
for the'~purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following appropriations
the annual budget for the fiscal year of 1974.
in addttion to
A Special and additional appropriation from Revenue Sharing
Fund in the amount of $12,000.00 for the Parks Department
for the purpose of constructing a bike trail.
A special and additional appropriation from the Revenue
Fund for the purpose of paying special counsel fees in
of $10,000.00.
Sharing
the amount
A special and additional appropriation fn the amount of $488.17
from the General Fund for paying for expenses of the Chief of
Police at the Federal Bureau of Investigation Police Academy.
A special and additional appropriation from the REvenue Sharing
Fund in the amount of $9,000.00 for the Police Department for
riot and emergency equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice
as provided by law.
