BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-
County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 5th day of
August, 1974, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and
determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an or-
dinance making the following appropriation in addition to the an-
nual budget for the fiscal year of 1974.
An additional appropriation from Revenue Sharing in
the amount of $3,800.00 for a new truck for the Dog
Pound
An additional
the amount of
(Other Garage
appropriation from Revenue Sharing in
$4,000.00 for Street and Garbage Trucks
and Motor Supplies, Tools and Parts)
An additional appropriation from Revenue Sharing in
the amount of $10,000.00 for Roofing City Garage and
Painting at 1004 Fulton Street
An additional appropriation from Revenue Sharing in
the amount of $10,300.00, which is the City's portion,
for rebuilding intersections, streets, roads and con-
struction and reconstruction of streets and roads
An additional and special appropriation from the funds
of the Local Streets and Road Fund of the State of
Indiana as provided by Statute in the amount of $92,~00.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
