BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer~
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-
County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the ~'day of
~L~... 1974, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
ordinance making the following appropiration in addition to the annual
budget for the fiscal year of 1974.
An additional appropriation from the General Fund in the
amount of $7800.00 for salary of a housing inspector. From
this sum shall be paid to the Motor Vehicle Fund the salary
expended for such inspector from January 1, 1974 to_~~
, including Social Security and Retirement. )ne
Balance of such funds is for the salary, Social S~curity and
Retirement from said date until December 31, 1974.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
