BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-
County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 1st day of July,
1974, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
the following appropriations in addition to the annual budget for
the fiscal year of 1974.
A Special appropriation from the Revenue~Shm~ing
in the amount of $34,000.00 for the purchase of
real estate.
that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
is hereby ordered and directed to give
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
notice as provided by law.
