BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County
Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the ~ _day of ~~
1974, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year of 1974.
A special appropriation from the General Fund in the
amount of $26,755.00 for the fOllowing purposes:
For the acquisition of an easement, the sum of $6,000.00;
for the construction on such easement of an energy
dissipator for storm water drainage, the sum of $21,755.00;
totaling in all $26,755.00.
Such sums have been deposited with the City for these
particular purposes by the jeffersonville Department of
Redevelopment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
