WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
has heretofore indicated as the sense of the council that the City
as a part of the fringe benefits of the employees of the City should
contribute to the
employees, and
WHEREAS, the
cost of
Blue Cross-Blue Shield insurance for the
Council believes that a fair share for the City to
contribute would be 70% of the total for a single man's policy
plus a $1.38 on a monthly basis for 80% Major Medical. This total
being a sum of $15,33. The City will therefore pay on each policy
the sum of $10.73.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City shall contribute to the
