BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 4th day of February, 1974, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the annual budget for the fiscal year
of
1974.
1.
Special appropriations from the Parking Meter Fund
to: #62 OASI in the amount of $799.06 and #64 PERF
in the amount of $1,598.11.
2. A special appropriation from Redevelopment Non-Reverting
Fund for payment of bond premium for Redevelopement
Commissioners in the amount of $190.00
3. A special appropriation from Federal Revenue
in the amount of $12,000.00 for the purchase
cars .
4. A special appropriation from Federal Revenue Sharing
Fund in the amount of $2,300.00 for the purchase of
resuscitators and cy}i~ders, blankets and first-aid
kits for the police department.
5. A special appropriation from Revenue Sharing Fund in the amount
of $6,000.00 for Chemicals for the Sanitation Department.
6. A special appropriation from Revenue Sharing Fund in
the amount of $8,000.00 for a new boiler for the Sewage
Plant.
7. A special appropriation from Revenue Sharing Fund in
the amount of $1,710.51 for a copy machine, stand and
supplies for the Clerk-Treasurer's Office.
