BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 5th day of Januar~7~, 197~, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining wheth~er
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the annual budget for the fiscal year
of 1975.
A special appropriation from the Department of Redevelopment
Non-Reverting Fund for traveling expense in the amount of
$2,500.00.
A special appropriation from the General Fund for the City's
share of the Community Development Site Improvement Act in
the amount of $35,521.10
An appropriation from Revenue Sharing Fund for the Parks
Department for repairs to the Fieldhouse in the amount of
of $3,500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
