Section I: It is the desire of the City Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that all City employees, as
defined and limited by Public Law 254, be recognized as one
appropriate bargaining unit.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 23rd day of June, 1975.
