BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the ~=:~day of March, 1975, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether an
emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year of 1975.
An appropriation from the Parks Department Non-Reverting
Fund in the amount of $10,000.00 for constructing, lighting
& fencing tennis courts at Memorial Park.
An appropriation from the Parks Department Non-Reverting
Fund in the amount of $68,000.00 for the development of
park property known as the Ash Estate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
