BE IT RESOLVED
Indiana, that said
at Jeffersonville,
by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
Indiana, on the 3rd day of February, 1975, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year of 1975.
A special appropriation from Redevelopment Non-Reverting Fund
for payment of bond premium for Redevelopment Commissioners
in the amount of $190.00.
A special appropriation from the General Fund for police
liability insurance in the amount of $1,000.00.
A special appropriation from the General Fund for police
intelligence in the amount of $2,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
of jeffersonville, Indiana
notice as provided by law.
