An ordinance Authorizing Special Appropriations
from the R~venue Sharing Fund.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 7th day of July, 1975, at a regular
meeting of the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville, Indiana,
held in the City-County Building of said City, the Common Council
passed a resolution fixing the 4th day of August, 1975, ~t 7:30 P.M.,
at the City-County Building in said City as the time and place for
a meeting of the said Common Council for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
ordinance making an appropriation from the funds hereinafter set out,
and
WHEREAS, ~he Clerk-Treasurer has given notice of the time, place
and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law, and
WHEREAS, it having been determined by the Common Council of the
City of jeffersonville that an emergency exists for the appropriations
hereinafter set out and for the purposes stated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That an emergency e~ists and that there shall be and hereby is

An ad ' ' 3 365.00 for
~ ~ Fund for the Parks Department totaling $ ,

~Y~ ~Material an.d labor for paving apr.on on b~ke trail.
~ ro rlation for Revenue Sharl.ng in the a~.ount of
/~/~ ?~ ~,~.0~ with which and out of which to subsldlze a
mass public transit system/
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
