ORDINANCE NO. 75-0R- ~ ,,.
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
FUNDS WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has be-
come necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary
items, and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department su®
cient moneys to pay such additional amsunts,
NOW, THEREFORE BE 'IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of jeffersonville, Indiana:
Section One
That the sums of money as hereinafter set out within each
department shall be transferred as indicated:
