An Ordinance Authorizing Special Appropriations
from the Revenue Sharing Fund and the General
Fund.

WHEREAS, it has been determine that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropirated in the annual budget;
NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said City the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set
apart out of the several funds herein named and for the purposes herein
specified, subject to the laws governing the same:

Fund for~matching Title 3 funds for
Nutrition and Transportation Program
A special appropriation from Revenue
Sharing Fund for Clark County Community
Action Agency, Inc for its transportation
program

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
