An Ordinance Authorizing Special Appropriations
from Reven~e Sharing Fund, General Fund and
Redevelopment Department's Non-Reverting Fund.
~¢HEREAS, heretofore on the // day of February, 1976, at a
special meeting of the Coim~on Council of the City of Jeffersonvilte,
Indiana, held in the City-County Building of said City, the Common
Council passed a resolution fixing the 8th day of March, 1976, at
9:00 P.M., at the City-County Building in said City as the time and
place for a meeting of the said Common Council for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the
passage of an ordinance making an appropriation from the funds
hereinafter set out, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer has given notice of the time, place
and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law, and
WHEREAS, it having been determined by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville that an emergency exists for the appropriations
hereinafter set out and for the purposes stated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That an emergency exists and that there shall be and hereby is
appropriated the following:
Special appropriations from Revenue Sharing Fund for the
Street Department (Motor Vehicle Fund) for the following:

A Special appropriation from the General Fund for City Judge's
office in the amount of $1,099.98 for City's Share of Public
Employees' Retirement Fund.
A special appropriation from the General Fund for Common
Council for City's share of Public Employees' Retirement
Fund in the amount of $1,260.00.
A special appropriation from Revenue Sharing Fund for fencing
of 3 storage bins used by City in Basement of City-County
Building in the amount of $1,200.00.
A special appropriation from Redevelopment Department's
Non-Reverting Fund in the amount of $212.00 for premiums
for official bonds of Commissioners.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
