An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 1555,
the same being the Building Code of the
City of jeffersonville.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That Section 337, paragraph 8, of said Ordinance No. 1555,
be amended to read as follows: Ail sewer connections shall be
sealed by the wrecker prior to the commencement of any demolition
or razing of any structure, and such wrecker shall immediately
notify the City Engineer who must inspect and approve the seal prior
to the time such wrecker shall cover same with earth or other material.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage
