BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 6th day of December, 1976, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determing whether an
emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year of 1976.
Special appropriation~ from the
Revenue Sharing Fund for the following: A/~ount Requested:
For payment of the City's share of
electric service to River City Park. $6,588.00
Special appropriation from the
Parks Department Capital Non-Reverting
Fund for continuation of construction
at River city Park. $20,709.23
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice
as provided by law.
