BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, indiana, on the '~~f day o'f~, 1976,
at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determing whether an
emergency exists for the pasaage of an ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year of 1976.
'Special appropriations from the Revenue
Sharing Fund for the following:
Four (4) police cars
Gasoline for the ~olice
Department
'Ar~ountRequested:
$20,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
