BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the day of July, 1976, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determing whether an
emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year of 1976.
Special appropriations from Revenue Sharing Fund
fOr the Parks Department for the
following:
New Roof and Gutters for Chestnut
Street Youth Center
Cover Fieldhouse roof with Mica-
survace coating
Install electric service in press
box at Spring hill Ball Park
Amount
Requested
$11,653.00
1,985.00
4,700.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
