BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Con, on Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 7th day of June, 1976, at 7:30 P.M.,
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following appropriations
in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1976.
Special appropriations from the Revenue Sharing Fund
for the Sanitation Department for the following:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
