BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jef-
fersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in
the City-County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 3rd
day of May, 1976, au 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
ordinance making the following appropriations in addition to the~
annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1976.
An appropriation from the General Fund in theamount of
$2,500.00 for South Central Council for Aging and Aged
for matching funds for Retired Senior Volunteer Program.
An appropriation from the General Fund in the amount of
$1,500.00 for matching Title 3 funds for Nutrition and
Transportation Program.
A special appropriation of $2,000.00 from Revenue Sharing
Fund for Clark County Community Action Agency, Inc. for its
transportgtion program.
BE IT FURTHER iqESOLVED that tke Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to gzve notice as provided by law.
