BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jefferson-
ville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County
Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 8th....day of March .,
9:00 '
1976, at X~ P.M., for the purpose of consideraing and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
the following appropriations in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year of 1976.
Special appropriations from Revenue Sha~ing Fund for the

A Special appropriation from the General Fund for City Judge's
office in the amount of $1,099.98 for City's share of
Public EmployeeS' Retirement Fund.
A special appropriation from the General Fund for Common
Council for City's share of Public Employees' Retirement
Fund in the amount of $1,260.00.
A Special appropriation from Revenue Sharing Fund for
fencing of 3 storage bins used by City in Basement of
City-County Building in the amount of $1200.00.
A Special appropriation from Redevelopment Department's
Non-Reverting Fund in the amount of $212.00 for premiums
for official bonds of Commissioners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as proveded by law.
