BE ITRESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the day of February, 1978, at
7:30 P.M., f~r the purpose of considering and determining whether an
emergency exists for the passage of an ordin~%ce making the following
appropriations in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year o~ 1978.
From Revenue Sharing Fund:

correcting surface drainage
problems as follows:

Woodland Court

A special appropriation for
the purpose of paying the
salary of an Inspector for the
Mill Creek-Loma Vista Sewer

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
