RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, the Economic Development Administration of the United
States Department of Commerce has tendered to the City of Jeffersonville
an offer of Grant described as project $06-51-21147 in an amount not
to exceed $893,000.00 to provide financial assistance for the construc-
tion of sewer interceptors designated as Loma Vista - Mill Creek Sewer
Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, CLARK COUNTY, INDIANA, as follows:
1. That said ~rant be accepted by the said City of Jeffersonville;
2. That Richard L. Vissing as Mayor of the City of Jeffersonville
be authorized to execute such acceptance for said city and to execute
such other instruments as may be necessary or required in connection
with the offer and acceptance and subsequent matters.
3. That the Department of Redevelopment of the City act as
administrator of this grand and the Department of Redevelopment take
such steps as necessary to complete the grant application and
acceptance.
