BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the ~Lday of July,
1977,
at
7:30~ ~.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriatiOns in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year of 1977.
A special appropriation from the
Revenue Sharing Fund for the Parks
Department for the following:
EquiPment repairs (252)
Repair parts (43)
One4~truck
One Cushman truckster
Asphalt sealer
Land purchase
A special appropriation from the
Revenue Sharing Fund for the
Clerk-Treasurer's Office for the
following:
NCR 399 Payroll Program fo~
1977 Federal Tax Change

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
