WHEREAS, the Jeffersonville Police Department is desirous of
participating with all other local police departments in continuing
the organized crime unit within the county and
WHEREAS, the city's part of the necessary funding is $451.38 and
W~EREAS, funds have been budgeted for the purpose of funding
a Criminal Justice Program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the expenditure from No.264
Criminal Justice in the amount of $451.38 for the purpose of paying
the city's share of the necessary funding for the organized crime
unit is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 7th day of February, 1977.
