BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the /~-~'day of .~~ .,
1977, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
the following appropriations in addition to the annual b~d~et adopted
for the fiscal year of 1977.
Special appropriations from the
Revenue Sharing Fund for the
Street Department for the
following:

An additional and special appropriation
from the Revenue Sharing Fund for the
purpose of constructing a roadway from
Highway 62 to the Shelter House of
River City Park.

An additional appropriation from the
General Fund for thel purpose of paying
the city's share of the funding necessary in
1977 for the prepara!tion of a comprehensive
plan for the City of jeffersonville by
the Department of Reldevelopment, which
plan shall include housing, recreation,
utilities, transportation and such other
matters and things as may be included as the
work on such plan progresses. It is
the intention of the City to eventually
fund this comprehensive plan for a
total of $30,000.00. $15,000.00 for
1977 and $15,000.00 for 1978.

Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
