AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 76-0R-16
FIXING BASIC SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 76-0R-16 be amended as follows: That
Police Department in Section 1 thereof there be added the following:
Whenever it is determined that overtime pay is due members of the
Police Department the rate for such pay shall be $5.00 per hour.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
