An Ordinance Authorizing Special Appropriations
from the Revenue Sharing Fund~
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW, THEREFORE:
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana, for the expenses of said City the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set
apart out of the several funds herein named and for the purposes
herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same:
Special apporpirations from the
Revenue Sharing Funds for the
Parks Department for the following:
$262 Electric Repairs
$321 Gasoline
$34 Halloween Recreation For Youth
$37 General Supplies

after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
