An Ordinance Authorizing Special Appropriations
from the Revenue Sharing Fund and the General
Fund.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW, THEREFORE:
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said City the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart
out of several funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified,
subject to the laws governing the same:
A special appropriation from the
Revenue Sharing fund for the Police
Department for (~322) gasoline.

Parks Department for(9222) Gas
(heating).

appropriation from the Revenue

of River City Park.
Appropriation from General Fund
for the purpose of an additional
Clerk-Secretary in the office of
the Clerk-Treasurer for Salary,
Social Security, PERF and Hospi-
talization.
An appropriation from the
General Fund for final payment
subsidy for Mass Transportation.

Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
