FIRE SERVICE CONTROL ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
jeffersonville, Indiana, to wit:
SECTION ONE
WHEREAS, it is the duty of the Common
of the City of
Council of the City of
Jeffersonville to provide for the

health and safety of the citizens

hereafter absolutely prohobited from responding on the first
alarm to fire alarms outside the corporate city limits of the
City of Jeffersonville, excepting the area previously agreed

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
after its passage by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville.
