BE IT RESOLVED by the Cor~on Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at jeffersonville, Indiana, on the ~ day of January, 1979, at 7:30
P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation
in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal_year of 1979.
A special appropriation from
the Revenue Sharing Fund for
the Police Department for the
following uses and purposes:
1. Gasoline for Police Vehicles
®
Uninsured losses created by
damages to persons°or property,
including vehicles, by police
department personnel.
3. For purchase of Motor Vehicles

5,000.00
37,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said. City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
