BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in
the City-County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the
~ day of Nov~r~ber, 1978, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose
of considering and determining whether an emergency exists for
the passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation
in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year
of 1978.
A special appropriation from Amount Requested
the Anti-recession Fund forapplication
~on the purchase price for a Four- $4,791.00
Wheel drive vehicle for the Police
Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give~ notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
