BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County
Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 7th day of August,
1978, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year of 1978.
Amount Requested
An additional appropriation from
the Cumulative Capital Improvement
Fund for the purchase and installation
of a variable speed pump in Spring
Street lift station. $50,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed'to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of ~he City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 3rd day of July, 1978.
