BE IT RESOLVED by the CoF~on Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the
City-County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the~_~day
of June, 1978, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and
determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance
making the following appropriations in addition to the annual budget
adopted for the fiscal year of 1978.
A special appropriation from the
Cumulative Capital Improvement
Fund for the installation of a
water line of Woodland Court.

$24,353.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonvilte, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
