BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville,~Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the
City-County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the /~'
day of May, 1978, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
ordinance making the following appropriations in addition to the
annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1978.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Indiana, this day of April, 1978. ~.~..~
