BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in
the City-County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 3rd
day of April, 1978, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency existS for the passage of
an ordinance making the following appropriations in addition to
the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1978. Amount
An appropriation from the Requested.
Cumulative Capital Improvement
Fund for the construction of $8,672.50
approximately 300 feet of sewer
on Wall Street between Chestnut
and Market.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
