BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at jeffersonville, Indiana, on the~ ...~ay of March, 1978, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considerin~ and determining whe'ther
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year of 1978.
A special appropriation from
the p~J~ks Department Capitol
Non-Reverting Fund for the
development of River City
Park.
Amount Requested:
$11,898.27
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
