RESOLUI'ION OF THE CO~vlON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE,
INDIANA, DESIGNATING THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT AS THE OFFICIAL AGENCY TO MAKE APPLICATIONS FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville recognizes the need to have an
agency whichwill be responsible for applying for different types of
federal loans and grants which may become available from time to time; and,
WHEREAS, there now exists theCity of Jeffersonville Department of
Redevelopment, an agency which currently has expertise and staff to make
such applications as may be deemed necessary and beneficial to the City of
Jeffersonville.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMqON COUNCIL FORT HE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
That the City of Jeffersonville Department of Redevelopment is hereby
designated as the official agency to make such applications for and On b:ehalf
of the City of Jeffersonville.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided
by law.
Adopted by the Commo~ouncil of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
