19' of the Code of the City of Jeffersonville).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITH OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, CLARK COUNTY, INDIANA:
Se'ction~'l.
That Ordinance No. 1447 being Section 19 of the City Code is
hereby amended in that Section 19-21 be added reading thus:
It shall be unlawful'for any persons,firm, corporation or
association to solicit funds or anything of value on the public
streets of the clty without first having obtained written permission
of the Board of Public Works and Safety. ~
Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
