AN O~{DINANCE TRANSFEP, RING CERTAIN FUNDS WITH THE
SAYiE DEPARTMEN~
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
s~nce t~e adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessa~'~ ko appropriate more money for certain budgetary items,
and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same deparr2uenu' sufficient'~'
moneys to pay such additional amounts,
