ORDINANCE TRANSFER3~ING CERTAIN I~D~'NDS WiTH THE
SA~¥~ DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items,
and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same departmenu sufficienu
moneys uo pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by -~he Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
Section 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter se= out within each
department shall be ~ransferred as indicated:
